The Importance of Respectful Decision Making
I didn't see the issue with workness up until recently. And now I'm like, come on, guys, sometimes you got to make tough decisions and they have to be done. So it's like people go, this is a controversial subject. Women should be paid the same as men in sport. If they generate the same amount of revenue, pay the same. It's not based on general race. The best person for that job deserves to be paid what they deserve. Most of my managers are female. For me, it's the best person for the job.
