Anxiety

The more i learn about myself, the more passionate i become. I would say to anybody that goes through something similar, one of the greatest assets you will inherit, i would hope, is empathy. Men struggle to talk about their mental health as crazy. Statistics aren't there around men mental health. And so i think it's very, very important that we break stigmas and that actually things that affect us as children. We are basically built and wired and react because of torment they suffered as children. And that is what we are.
