When we have less stuff, it's easier for us to find the things that we're looking for. This can also help reduce anxiety and give us more confidence. We shouldn't try and declutter or rearrange our entire house in one afternoon. A great way for us to get things done is through body doubling. The point is just having someone there that's going to keep your word of what you were going to do.
