Chavon gordon, head of diversity recruiting at capital one tells us how diversity is more than just a numbers game. She says building an inclusive culture takes time and understanding that the colleague sitting across from you may be coming from a very different place as a black woman. "Diversity, inclusion and belonging is a complex thing to tackle," she says. And i think these issues around awareness and ampathy for our fellow human beings are really important right now.
