We will still syndicate, and we do. And we're happy to work with other syndicators who want to co join an operator who likes to operate us. We've found that they are incredibly professional. They will do an extreme amount of diligence on you personally and on your y all throeh your financials,. All through who you are and and so forth. To work with an institution or syndications, you can do with very, very little cash - which is why we like them.
