I think you should be really strategic about when you quit that job and start that business. There's a lot of prep work that can happen and planning and patience and understanding the right time to pull that trigger now sometimes you're pushed I was pushed I was let go from my role in Rochester after two years, Stephanie had that client and we we were pushed. The following day after getting let go we started talking to ad agencies about pivoting our business to what you see today. We've also done it with over 80 assistance that we've brought through and into and through pro assisting to transition them from working for bosses as a w2 employee to working for themselves as an independent contractor serving clients instead
