The Benefits of Quitting Alcohol
I went off alcohol entirely for three months from December or January, February, March this year. And I'd like to say like, I felt so much better and I was sleeping better. No change. I didn't feel any change, which is a good thing. It means I wasn't drinking too much beforehand. The only thing I missed, I just missed the social aspect of it during that time. But I have not gone through the pain of not doing that yet.
