Having a Walk Through Sheet

A walk through inspection wors just a bullet list rather than a full report, because they'r ging to help you catch other things that you may miss. Document what you're seen, because that's going to reallyt you know, you can go through a house and as you look through photos, you can revisit your floor plans you might need to fix. So we have a walk through seet that takes you from a to z. We get to count out how many windows, how much square footage we need to replace. And it gives us a templet to give it a good form.
