In on tummle working, i mean, the ideal is the whole team works together. When you have enough overlap in your work, those little bumps stay a little so i much prefer paring. There's like this focus that's more resilient than an individual focus. You need every each person there most of the time. And then the direct working together is the best way we know to share expertise and have that flow between people when they can immediately say, wait, wait, that code looks weird to me.
