The Importance of Saying Less

I just think about some of the young like college guys that you send our way and how much coaching and queuing it took with them, right? They'd learned a certain way or maybe they'd learned a way that was not exactly the way I would have taught it. Some of the best things I've done for teaching shooting is to say less. That's the hardest thing, if you're a young coach out there is to just sometimes say nothing and just observe.
