I think if you can find peers and you guys can kind of make proposals, that can be helpful for sometimes upper level management. See how they ask them to write a couple of sample requirements. Are they clear, are they ambiguous, are they digestible or are they verbose? So things, that's another test. It is incredibly difficult to manage up. I've failed at it so many times.
