Jim Collins: It's crazy what happens when you get someone like that into your business. And so the CEO role, because the phases in your business and the, your role as a CEO fundamentally change the business. The business was almost being run in like five or six meetings a month. Like some of them would go for 10 hours or so spread across two days.
