As long as you can pass that test, there's nothing to change. Or if you want to put in your routine, i would do one of the tests once a week and then lift weights three or four days a week. I mean really, honestly, twice a month test them out. That should take care of all that other stuff. So are you following any maps programes? Im i was following split for like a second time cause i kind of want to jump into getting ready for, like, the testing.
