The Officer Hit a Large Frog and I'm Going to Leave
The officer said that the frog stood up on its legs, looked back at him and ran over the guard rail before ultimately vanishing. Another officer didn't find any such creature but they did report scratches on the guardrails in the area that the frog supposedly was because this frog had to do a little ruffle some feathers.
