Who Did Birthdays First?

There's no clearer measure of roughly 30 days than the moon, because you look up and it's literally ticking like a clock. It makes sense that so many places do a lunar cycle. The Egyptians sort of responsible for making calendars that we would recognize with standardized months or leap years. In Genesis 4020, it talks about a pharaoh's birthday, which on the surface of it would be like, okay, the Egyptians did it first.
