The State and Its Duty Visaway Citizens
We've had a problem in india, which i discussed at length, with the prathics in our astria. And this is probably a good time to sort of examine the role of the state and its duty visaway citizens as well. So fundamentally, we hare seeng a clash between hierarchically structured states and their radically network societies. Rihtso is a fundamental clash. But let's also acknowledge that one radical network societies can be value neutral. You can use the scaleability of the internet to actually organized pograms or generasites, or lynchings and so on.
