FTX, the Company Buying a Lot of Real Estate Up in the Bahamas

There's been a number of headlines, as you know, about FTX, the company buying a lot of real estate up in the Bahamas. Where you lived, at least at the time was owned by the company. But then there's also reports that your parents signed and were effectively provided with what seemed like a vacation home. Can you explain the real estate piece of this to us?
