When i started, three to five thousand dollar assignment fees were normal. To day, like we're doing 20, 25, 50 thousands dollar assignment fees. So it's harder to get into the deals, but it's so much easier to get out of the deals because their buyers are overpaying. There's plenty of em and financing to easy.
