Gong: I don't think that it makes sense to have like freelancers be just another set of hands. So if I'm really great at blog writing, I'm not going to hire another blog writer. First thing I think of is what do I need help with and what am I not good at or another way to put it is I need to hire someone who's better than me at at least one thing.
