The Challenges of Ecological Psychology in Coaching
Eco psychology has been around as a field for a long time, but its application in coaching context is still relatively new. "We're still working through some of the methods and interesting pioneering work being done," says coach Ray Lake. 'I get funny looks from people for some of the things that i do,' he adds about his own training style. The pair then discuss how they can use ecological techniques to improve their players' game.
