Is There a Copa for Kids Under 13?

i think it's a very hard time to be a parent in this age. instagram is just appalling. They basically have data knowing that they are creating more depression, more suicidal thoughts amongst natures. So my view is one we should raise the age a copa, raise it to 15 or 16 and have strict liability if someone under that age is on your platforms. It seems to me that actually has by partisan support, and could become law cret.
