Having a confession that explicitly lines out the issues of the day is very helpful for your employees. Because it's so old, oftentimes that will be respected more by like a court or something like that. These people are self consciously working from a tradition that's much older than whatever this contemporary controversy is. But we are in contemporary fights, and those things have to be addressed.
