Native vs Android Native Component

There's a lot of different libraries out there that accomplishd the native side of things. But if there's something that you can't find out there, you might need to dive in and build your own library. I was working on a project that required a a reacnative health integration. So i pretty much forked that project, went into native code, did the changes that i had to do. And also to mention that ah, sometimes madels go out of date. A maintainers drop off, so someone has to take the wheel and either up date it as time goes on or improve the performance.
