How to Have a Video Conferencing Conversation

i'm fascinated by this idea that whenever we adopt a new technology, we basically try to use it to replicate the old way of doing things. Right now, we're trying to have an imperson conversation over video, rather than having a video conversation. I think we will get there. One way is to turn off the damned camera when in needIt,. Thats the low hanging fruit. But there may be other ways, i think, to fix or way out of thishe the benefits are too great to ignore.
