At the time that i started graduate school, it wasn't a thing to do bio technology at all. I was fortunate to have picked wally gilbert's lab about years before he got his nobel prize. And so i had written soft where the bioradus was thinking about, but then developing the multiplexing ideas which we've used over for many things beyond sequencing.
