Question Asking - Is the Question Asker Putting Too Much Fear Into Their Inability to Answer?
Ask her one thing that can make questions annoying is if it's clear that the question asker didn't do any work before showing up to ask the question. And so if you will come with your list of questions and then under each question, a sub list of the things that you have tried to answer that question and explain that to thequestion asker, not only will that make them think, wow, this person's great. You really try hard. They are coming to me not out of laziness, but out of a curiosity to learn. But also it will help them to give you a better answer because they won't waste time with things that you've already tried.
