A negotiation doesn't make you tough or strong by being all hard and trying to go after the every last pennyan like, this is fair. What if you actually loved that person? You wouldn't just leave some money on the table. You would give them as much money as you could afford to give em and still have a prosperous business yourself. And we exist with customers first. That that is the stakeholder who comes front and center as our number one. I see the companies who work hard to give you as much as they can in a negotiation, as opposed to as little as can.
