How to Make the User Experience More Effortless

i've just started thinking about this recently, about how, like, we do build a lot of things that aren't necessarily use ore friendly. I hear so many people who say, like, i'm just bad at technology,. It's not necessariy that you're bad ad. It its just that the application wasn't built with a usir on mine. So i've really loved this idea of like, looking at the way things are and saying, Like, we can do better. We can make this experience better across the board.
