Jerome Brutus, 30 Years Old, Pleaded Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity
Jerome Brutus, 30 years old, he's been charged with four counts of first degree murder and those four murders that he confessed to. But then the grand jury meets on June 4th and they only indict him on one count of firstdegree murder. So to that charge, Bruto pleads not guilty by reason of insanity. And it's at this point they start testing him. Several psychiatrists start testing Jerry and they actually say he has an above average IQ and cognition.
