The Fuck It Mentality
A similar thing is the last supper mentality. When you're like, okay, I've screwed up. I'm going to start over tomorrow morning. And then you eat six cupcakes. That's really like a fuck you to yourself. All or nothing thinking, magic thinking, black and white thinking make it very difficult to have consistent healthy habits. It's impossible to do anything consistently when you think like that.
