Your Job Is to Feel More Lazy as Time Goes On

Most high performers feel lazy because they think they have so much more to give. To me, that's actually a great sign. It means you're working in what i call your zone of genius - those one to three things that you can do extraordinarily well. So on my zone of genius least, there are three things, tommy, coaching, creating and connecting with fascinating people. Any time i do more of that, my business flies. And any time i do other things that take me away from that, my biggest business begins to struggle.
