I can never figure out what the deal is with that stuff, because if people fall through the ice, right, then i'm going to lask very long at all. I went tho about six months of having very cold showers, only cold showers, instead of actual baths and stuff. Though it's supposed to be good for you, it was pretty fun. And do all that quite fun, and then definitely feel invigorated. It's weird how you feel the urge, one feels the urge to do the noises, theav it's very monkey. So really, half an hour? Yes, yes. Hypothermia, men. But i totally get the appeal of water shock
