The bigger the problem, the maybe the easier this is to see. In chicago they funded a programme to try to teach young men to just take a few seconds to think carefully about situations before they escalated. It was very successful and reduced the rate of crimes by more than half. And so that's a kind of model that we could apply in a lot of different situations. We use the energy created by recurring problems to fuel curiosity about solutions.
