Other narrations add more to the speech. By all accounts, it doesn't appear to have been an actual reporter or archivist recording everything that the prophet was saying word for word. He said, Allah has made your blood and your property as sacred as this day of yours. Intercolating a month is an increase in unbelief whereby the unbelievers go astray. O Allah be witness.
