The closer you've gotten your prospect to attend, the better chance you have of closing them. Human beings don't buy things that they will think they will make their lives worse. The 3.10s are number one, the product, ID or concept. You, trust and connect with you. And 3. The prospect must trust and connectWith the company. There's two types of certainty. Logical certainty is based primarily on the words you say and emotional certainty is based on a gut feeling that something must be good. Once it hits us, we feel a craving inside us that must simply be fulfilled. Even if it's heavy price to pay for fulfilling it.
