I Don't Invest in Real Estate but I Did Just See That and I Was Like Wow Is That the Best Predictor of a Recession?

The way that anyone would be investing right now if you are going to use debt is just on Appreciation of real estate. I mean when you think about it You could just really see how things start to slow down when rates get to where they currently are. Each recession ends up having somewhat higher on average inflation than you did at the bottom of each recession Then you have a series of higher lows in terms of inflation during periods of recession. So far we're exactly on track with 69 to 81 I mean everything is going exactly the way it went from 1960 to 1981 so that doesn't mean it won't be totally different this time.
