The Need for a Qualifier in the Southeast

The Southeast, the kind of that Eastern Atlantic seaboard right there seems to be void of a qualifier at this point. Is it possible that you folks might look at people's existing licenses or other events they've raced as a way to find a seed in white? I have certainly considered, and for me, it's strategic. It's like, let's not take on everything at once. Let's try to refine these pieces one, two, three, four at a time.
