The first episode of Better Off Dead, a new podcast from Tv and radio personality andrew denton. Denton has become one of the most high profile advocates of euthanasia in this country. The images of those final three days will never be erased. I couldn't help but wonder, to whose benefit was dad kept alive for three more days of pain? Wouldn't it have been better, instead, to help him die quickly and peacefully? Youth and asia advocates often see themselves as the compassionate ones, and some one like you is the cold academic. Do you feel the force of that?
