I think there was a bit more of an understanding since cover by the government about what really goes into it I don't think they knew at all what was happening in the background. But you know, whether this universal basic income thing or any of these type of things are going to help  I certainly think it helps people produce more now they know they've a roof over their head. That's the reason doesn't it. They can pay the bills. And again, I suppose it's a bit like the wolf tone Oliver Bond idea you know if we give everybody a little they're going to spend a bit and pay a bit of tax instead of just being surfs and slaves. So
