Isn't a Job Enough?

Pensions are a thing of the past. People don't really do pensions any more. The deeper i've gotten into productivity, the more i have desired to own the results of my productivity. When i work for other people, i am loaning them my life force, my time, my energy to help them build their thing. Which is fine, that's a wonderful thing to do, if you want to. But i don't get to keep any the result. I may get a raise, but it's as it gets a gamble. Or you may get a a a promotion, but even then you don't know. You everythink about why they did the pension fund to begin
