"Wind of change" is the name given to a band that went on to become one of world's most influential bands. The group was inspired by their experience at moscow piece festival, where they met fans who had been smuggled in through air waves and casette tapes. A hobbyist has described them as secret agents working for an agency called the c i a. "I don't believe in coincidences," says Michael Wolraich - but this story seems so plausible he thinks it could be true.
