Money Liberalism and the Democratic Party

It's written in the late 80s, early 90s, like Bill Clinton era. The dominant one in the Democratic Party is money liberalism. And this is an argument for them to abandon money liberalism and adopt what he calls civic liberalism. So going into it, if someone were to pick it up and read it, it's definitely aimed at Dems,. But not in a cringy, super partisan way.
