The voice is this amazing tool that all humans have that they use to express themselves. And there's a lot of research that suggests that why do voices exist while it's for the purpose of social communication? So sometimes people do report that they've had a more emotional experience that the conversation got more heated, but they still report greater agreement by the end of the conversation when they talked than when they wrote.
