With small molecules you'll see that that drug as the key hits a protein or a receptor. And it fits into that receptor a certain way through X-ray crystallography. I would say probably soft tissue more so than muscle, at least in the experience of the doctors I speak with. We don't know if there's an entourage effect in the hormone that was designed to dock in that receptor that is lacking when we start using these things that are selectively activating receptors.
