The Dark Side of Personality in a Sales Roll

A certain level of mischievous can play to one's favour in a traditional sales roll. However, how might that play out? That is one of these personcity railers that has been helpful for them and now they're in a managerial position. We often find that colorful and mischievous do contribute to sales performance positively. But you take those same behaviors and you put them and you put this person in a management roll, the tendency to self promote doesn't wear very well on people when you're in that management roll.
