I think owning the things that you want instead of borrowing them from Netflix is going to be big. Buying Blu-rays is in renting movies is out. I believe running is an intrinsic part of our human experience and it can never go out of style. No meat, fast food alternative places have popped up around me. And I just don't know if there's enough people who want.
