Do You Use Client Voice When You're on a Current Solution?
Use client voice when you get someone who is on a current solution and may in fact love that current solution. One thing that's particularly important with competitors is you can't call their baby ugly. Take focus on outbound new business. Use one fact whatever it may be. Tie it back to the direction in which you want to take the conversation. Love this. Congratulations. Are they growing the teams?
