It's less costly to help someone who is very, you know, destitute than it is to help someone already doing pretty well. The costs are just, right, can be lower, depends on the situation. Adthat that reminds me of some of the errors in the baptist book and this new economic history of capitalism. They have no sense whatever of marginalism.
