How to Balance Your Trading Routine
A typical day would get up at like six, have a bit of a morning routine, no glass of water, cold shower. Then I'd go back to the gym again in the evenings or work on it from my home office. And then I'm putting the kids to bed, 7, 8 and then I'm back on the charts to do an end of day to do back testing. It's unsociable hours, right? I think that's one of the reasons why people don't follow through with trading because it is a long journey anyway.
