The Obstacles to Making Good Decisions

In 2015 22% of young men who are in their 20s and don't have a college education. In 2000 less than 10% of such men were in similar circumstances. And I think there's a lot of obstacles to making those good decisions that you're talking about like taking up the class or like participating in child rearing. But when you get into a bad space when this kind of behavior becomes normalized it seems really daunting.
